Creating Meeting Program

• Anyone living on block 2 can propose a topic.
• Proposer sends the topic to blok2@sh.cvut.cz. Email subject: "[Meeting Topic MM/YYYY] Purchase of a nuclear reactor for water heating".Email must include the name of the propser. Email should include detailed description of the topic, and if the topic requires it, your proposed solutions with pros and cons.
• Proposer has to be present at the meeting or the topic won't be brought up.
• Final meeting program is decided in the beginning of the meeting.
